2.2 Regulatory Status

Ascend Peptide products have NOT been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory agency for safety, efficacy, or quality for human or animal use.

Ascend Peptide is a chemical research supplier. We are NOT:

A compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
An outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
A pharmaceutical manufacturer or distributor
A healthcare provider, medical facility, or veterinary clinic
A licensed practitioner authorized to prescribe or administer medications

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PURCHASER QUALIFICATIONS

3.1 Age and Capacity

3.2 Professional Qualifications

You will promptly update any changes to your account information

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

If you receive damaged or defective products, you must:

Upon verification, we will, at our discretion:

Ship a replacement product at no charge, OR
Issue a store credit for the purchase price

We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or defective products.

7.3 Wrong Product Shipped

If we ship an incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for return of the incorrect product and shipment of the correct product at no additional charge.

7.4 Non-Delivery

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, notify us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7.5 Testing and Purity Claims

If you believe a product does not meet stated purity specifications, you must:

Submit results within 30 days of delivery

Have maintained proper storage conditions
